SALES AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT OFFICER

Location: Limassol

Industry: Maritime


Duties and Responsibilities: 

  

  • Receive inquiries from the customers through various media including email, fax and letter. 
  • Coordinate principals-service providers and customers, through all the sales processes including but not limited to inquiry, quotation, order acknowledgement and invoice. 
  • Respond to all customers' and suppliers’ general inquiries.
  • Create and control all  manual and electronic filing systems for customer sales cases and all relevant office paperwork.
  • Maximize sales through personal follow up with clients in allocated regions. 
  • Build strong, long term relationships with clients and principals-service      providers.Visit existing and potential customers at their premises for promoting Groups products/services and maintain good relationships with them. Travelling and attendance to social events after office hours might also be required for this purpose.
  • Maintain the most efficient implementation of the ISO 9001 system, the Environmental, and the Health & Safety procedures of the Company.
  • Run Customer Satisfaction Survey.
  • Prepare and submit pending cases reports and alerts.Maintain legal and administrative files for all clients (KYC).
  • Draft basic judicial documents (under legal guidance).
  • Back-up other colleagues in case of absence.
  • General office management.


Minimum Requirements:


  • University degree or other certificate in Shipping/Maritime studies is preferrable. 
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • English literate
  • Excellent verbal and  written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal  skills.
  • Very good knowledge of customer relations principles.
  • Excellent use of MS Office 365
