OFFICE MANAGER

Location: Limassol

Industry: Law


Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  

  • Office Administration
  • Filing and updating court case registry
  • General office management
  • Maintaining legal and administrative files for all clients (KYC)


Key Skills/Experience:

  

  • University or college Diploma (Secretarial Diploma will      be considered as an advantage)
  • Literacy in both Greek and English
  • Computer literate, excellent knowledge of MS Office and internet
  • Previous work experience as office manager or senior administrator
  • Knowledge of corporate administration and prior experience with the Registrar of Companies will be considered an advantage
  • Book-keeping and accounting experience will also be considered an advantage

LEGAL SECRETARY

Location: Nicosia

Industry: Law


Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  

  • Office Administration
  • Filing and updating court case registry
  • General office management
  • Maintaining legal and administrative files for all clients (KYC)
  • Drafting basic judicial documents (under legal guidance)


Key Skills/Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a Legal Secretary is a must
  • Excellent Knowledge of English and Greek (Written & Spoken)
  • Computer Literate
  • Good team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized individual who is willing to multitask and work in a challenging work environment
