MANAGEMENT

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Location: Larnaca

Industry: Investment

Report to: Board of Directors


Duties and Responsibilities: 


Leadership & Governance

  • Support the BoD in achieving long-term value creation of the group
  • Represent the company towards the Board of Directors, subsidiaries and all relevant stakeholders
  • Liaise closely with the Chairman of the BoD and the executive management
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the underlying businesses in order to effectively perform  shareholder responsibilities
  • Organize and prepare board meetings and follow-up on decisions
  • Translate BoD directives into actionable plans and ensure timely execution
  • Ensure proper governance and adherence to regulatory requirements in Cyprus and abroad


Strategic Initiatives

  • Drive and collaborate in group-wide initiatives in Digital, IT, ESG and compliance
  • Identify and lead future group-wide initiatives in collaboration with the BoD
  • Act as a catalyst for innovation and continuous improvement across the group


Stakeholder Management

  • Represent the company towards partners, advisors, auditors, and authorities in Cyprus and abroad
  • Maintain transparent communication with shareholders and external stakeholders
  • Act as the first line of leadership in crisis management situations


Operations & Oversight

  • Lead HR, IT, and administration functions
  • Supervise activities in finance, treasury, legal, and tax
  • Oversee annual budgets, resource allocation and financial discipline
  • Ensure enterprise-wide risk management by identifying, monitoring and mitigating key operational, financial, legal and compliance risks across the company and its subsidiaries
  • Drive efficiency, process optimization, and adoption of best practices
  • Ensure that processes, systems and controls are fit-for-purpose, scalable and aligned with the company’s needs


Team Development

  • Champion a culture of continuous learning, data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration
  • Build a strong and reliable organization delivering high-quality results on time
  • Support team members in their interactions with subsidiaries
  • Coach and mentor team members on their personal development path
  • Ensure succession planning and retention of key talent


Minimum Requirements:


  • University degree in management, business administration or other related field
  • 15+ years of general management experience in Service sector
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written
  • Eligible to reside and work in Cyprus

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Location: Limassol

Report to: General Manager


Duties and Responsibilities: 


  • Manage the operation of all departments
  • Set SMART goals and clear performance expectations
  • Verify that all departments meet or exceed the expected levels of performance 
  • Lead, supervise and coach departmental managers 
  • Review financial and activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity, efficiency and goal achievement and determine areas of improvement


Minimum Requirements:


  • University degree in management, business administration or other related field
  • 3+ years of general management experience in HORECA industry
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written
  • Eligible to reside and work in Cyprus

HR MANAGER

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Manage all HR functions and employee/candidate lifecycle
  • Write and review policies and procedures
  • Conduct workforce planning
  • Attract and recruit candidates and onboard employees
  • Draft job descriptions and employment agreements
  • Conduct induction trainings
  • Run Training Needs Analysis and create team and individual training plans
  • Develop and implement a performance management system
  • Ensure compliance with local employment legislation
  • Handle employee relations and employees’ HR requests
  • Update employee records
  • Administer the HR Information System
  • Run HR surveys
  • Produce HR reports to the Management
  • Design and maintain a benefits package
  • Assist with payroll
  • Organize events and team building activities


Minimum Requirements:


  • University Degree in Human Resources Management
  • 3 years of previous relevant working experience
  • Good understanding of Cyprus Labour law
  • Previous experience in HORECA industry will be considered an asset
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
  • Eligible to reside and work in Cyprus
