MANAGEMENT

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Location: Limassol

Industry: Food and Beverage

Report to: General Manager


Duties and Responsibilities: 


  • Manage the operation of all departments
  • Set SMART goals and clear performance expectations
  • Verify that all departments meet or exceed the expected levels of performance 
  • Lead, supervise and coach departmental managers 
  • Review financial and activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity, efficiency and goal achievement and determine areas of improvement


Minimum Requirements:


  • University degree in management, business administration or other related field
  • 3+ years of general management experience in HORECA industry
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written
  • Eligible to reside and work in Cyprus

HR MANAGER

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Manage all HR functions and employee/candidate lifecycle
  • Write and review policies and procedures
  • Conduct workforce planning
  • Attract and recruit candidates and onboard employees
  • Draft job descriptions and employment agreements
  • Conduct induction trainings
  • Run Training Needs Analysis and create team and individual training plans
  • Develop and implement a performance management system
  • Ensure compliance with local employment legislation
  • Handle employee relations and employees’ HR requests
  • Update employee records
  • Administer the HR Information System
  • Run HR surveys
  • Produce HR reports to the Management
  • Design and maintain a benefits package
  • Assist with payroll
  • Organize events and team building activities


Minimum Requirements:


  • University Degree in Human Resources Management
  • 3 years of previous relevant working experience
  • Good understanding of Cyprus Labour law
  • Previous experience in HORECA industry will be considered an asset
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels
  • Eligible to reside and work in Cyprus
